Running down a Dream 20 mi 02:14 06:40 pace

Todays long run was a mix of everything! A few hills, a few surges, a few chill miles...a few short stops for water (*started about 2hrs later this weekend). Ran with Jeff and Troy for some miles. I just had a really open mind going into this run. My body is extremely fatigued, but I'm finally feeling the training paying off. I had a few miles under 6mins, a few under 5:50 and at mile 18 going down 16th hill 5:20 pace, then shut it down. It got warm those last few miles. Yo! TP thanks for all the great songs over the years, you have truly been my favorite artist since I was a kid...good chill and real music. Have a wonderful Saturday friends.
