Ran some miles with the kids as it was raining! Yes! Yes! Yes! We ran our 5k course around the park we used a few weeks ago and a few of us ran a little further. Did not put a time on it 7:30s-8min is probably a good guess. This is fantastic running with people and still getting in the miles. Unless I get a crazy-itch this should be all the running I do for the day. Give these legs a little rest and enjoy my day for Activities. :)...lol.
