    Was at the gym very early!! Was running before 4am. I did 7min miles, last 2.5 at 6flatpace. Marathon in 4 days back in my home State of Idaho.

    Easy 3!!! Soaking it all in. Tomorrow is a journey back to the distance I haven't run in two years. Lots of ups and downs...but I'm blessed and ready to go. Feeling excited!
