#frustrated: Apparently the calf muscle cramp from Friday evening was a muscle strain. This morning, I limped along from mile 2 to mile 6. It was less pronounced if I concentrated on form, which I suppose is a good thing. Ten minutes in the hot tub at the YMCA and a bit of massage worked out much of the immediate soreness, but I'm probably going to have to reduce my running for the week to a couple days rather than every day and mix in some swimming.
On the bright side, the sunrise was beautiful!


Swimming is always good for what ails my body! Hope it heals quickly.
