Sifu Adrian had a new form for us: 5 stances. One thing I've noticed about Kung Fu is that the transitions from one stance to another can be a lot of work! Especially when you're tired. We ended the class with "impulse horse stance". Imagine three sets of two-three minutes of air squat repetitions. They felt like five, but I can't imagine that being true. :)
