The morning #commute #run was slow, sore, and I was tired. Every ache and pain I've had in the last two years made an appearance, but I ran through them all. By the time I started on the downhill at Summit and Ramsey, I was ready to be done - 1.5 miles left. Was it the low calorie intake last night, the two beers, or just my body swinging through a low. Who knows. Tomorrow will be better.


every day can't be the best day. you wouldn't have stellar runs if it weren't for not so stellar runs. Nice run!
