    Started out my Saturday swim with an easy 300yd followed by seven 200's in 3:30 min. Finished up with an hour or so of free swim with the boys. :)

    I made it out for a morning run. Funny how I waited for colder weather before getting out. My left heel was a bit sore but had no stabbing pain. I could definitely tell I'm out of shape. :-p

      Swim Kick Pull (actually abv. SKPs). I usually throw in a non-free with it, so it goes 50 swim (fast), 50 kick (med), 50 pull (med-slow), 50 non-free (breast, fly, or backstroke).
