My son is having his birthday party celebration on Saturday, so a Friday-night/Saturday-morning run would cause me to do nothing but sit in a chair and whine - maybe with a beer. It doesn't sound so bad for me, but I think Ryan would murder me... with Legos... or his Minecraft pickaxe.

It's nice to be able to save time when you commute, but I agree, I don't like being too close to the highway. Time to get out to Afton and check out the trails? :-)

It's important to give your legs a break! :) The runstreak thing is interesting, but I feel it's a waste of time to put on your running gear only to get 1 mile in. :-P Of course, then you're not taking a day off either...
