      Thanks, guys! I called it the mossyback loop on account of an old snapping turtle, whose back was green with algae, sunning itself in the middle of the road. I tried to coax it off by having it bite on a stick, but it was to smart for that old trick. Instead, I left it there and trusted that my neighbors would not run it over. :( I hope it survived!

    The calf is still having issues, on to swimming: 300yd warmup freestyle, 10x100yd breast stroke, 2x50yd butterfly (+35 yd), 800 yd freestyle (some stopss, but not many).

  8. Injured my calf muscle again. This has got to stop. Making an appointment tomorrow morning, when the clinics are open.

      That sucks, dude. I've got an appointment for Monday with a local sports physician. We'll see what happens. I'm sure she's going to tell me simply to "stay off it", "don't do that", "stretch", and "here are some exercises you can try..." Then something like "slowly increase your distance, and no sprinting." Honestly, I don't know why I'm going. :)
