Started out my Saturday swim with an easy 300yd followed by seven 200's in 3:30 min. Finished up with an hour or so of free swim with the boys. :)

good Cool Morning Run 3.59 mi 00:30 08:13 pace
I made it out for a morning run. Funny how I waited for colder weather before getting out. My left heel was a bit sore but had no stabbing pain. I could definitely tell I'm out of shape. :-p

Nice swim - I see they changed the swim class on you. That's too bad. I was hoping to compare classes with you. Our swim instructor thinks we all are former college swimmer rather than tri-wantabees. She was shocked when I didn't know what an IM was or know the strokes.

I've had heel bursitis continuously for 30 years, due to an inborn defect. It's not much fun. Take care of it so it doesn't become chronic like mine.

great Back in the pool 1200 m 00:30 40:14 pace
Oh how I missed the pool! It was so nice to end my workday with some easy laps and a few SKIPs.

I'm really liking the pool too. I have no idea what a SKIP is. I'm starting to feel like I can start some real pool workouts and not just try to swim until I'm exhausted.

Swim Kick Pull (actually abv. SKPs). I usually throw in a non-free with it, so it goes 50 swim (fast), 50 kick (med), 50 pull (med-slow), 50 non-free (breast, fly, or backstroke).
