      I plan on doing the SF half again and the TCM 10 mile and probably a few other local ones. Nothing to exotic. This is definitely a rebuilding year. I don't want to get to carried away and end up on a surgical table for the third time.

      No, it was the other. Now I have a matching pair! Both meniscus tears. I think they may have happened at the same time. The second wasn't as bad as the first.

      Hi Chad. Sorry to hear you're having pain. No guarantee that it would benefit you like it did me, but I ran lots of SLOW miles to build up the muscles around the knee. I mean like 10 and 11 minute pace. Eventually, as the muscle strength came back the discomfort left and i sped up.
