50 Body Squats
40 Butterfly sit ups
30 Push Ups
20 Burpee's
10 Kippling Pull Ups

Did a nice little Boot camp workout this morning. Hit the cardio side pretty heavy with a lot of core body weight exercise. Good way to start a Friday!

Plugging away on the treadmill....not a huge fan but getting it done. I also did squats, one legged squats, push press and bent over rows, 3 x 8 of each. Now for the day to begin!
