Dad, Mary and I got up this morning to run in the 8k at my highschool. It was so much fun! I won second in my age group. It was cool to run with my dad again. Plus it was a really nice day.

After lifting on legs we went to cardio. 2lap warm-up then we put on a heart-rate moniter and did a 1lap sprint followed by a mile.

None of my splits were at their best after the running. We warmed up for 1000meters before working on technical stuff for a while and then erged for 20minutes.

Today started with cardio. Everybody ran 16 laps and you weren't allowed to move onto the second hour training stuff until you finished. It was ucky but I felt pretty accomplished.
