    Dad, Mary and I got up this morning to run in the 8k at my highschool. It was so much fun! I won second in my age group. It was cool to run with my dad again. Plus it was a really nice day.

    Today started with cardio. Everybody ran 16 laps and you weren't allowed to move onto the second hour training stuff until you finished. It was ucky but I felt pretty accomplished.
