    Lots of Hills ..a bit of hard work made much better by listening to Adam Lambert & Scissor Sisters :)) pace music is great, but running was feeling like a job instead of fun :))

      Find the fun Christina. That is important to motivation. Unless the workout is key to achieving a specific goal, if it isn't fun, then don't do it again.

    First run since my shin splints..seem to have gone. Trying to get back in the habit of front foot striking. Taking it super easy so I dont get injured again :))

    Wasnt doing too badly until the shin splints kicked in. My right leg is worse than the left.Time to rest and ice them and get some new shoes..runnersfrom 2009 just arent cutting the mustard any more

    Awesome day...a bit hot & humid (note to self: more fluid next year)...I always forget how tough those hills are...they killed me this year!!

      Thats a fantastic result! I only jog/walked C2S previously and only realised how horrible those hills are when I was actually going for a time this year! The one after heartbreak is the killer I think! Congratulations!!!

      I did C2S ...I was using my phone for music and gps and it completely stuffed up and I am only guessing at my time..so just waiting to get the paper today
