I planned on 8 easy today....3 miles into it on treadmill @430 & I wasn't feeling it at all. So, I switched up at 3 miles & started doing quarters @ 30-40 seconds faster than my last 1/2 mp, 200 yd walk, 200 yd jog, repeat for 3.5 miles, 1/2 mile cool down.
