    It was good to get back on the bike. Went to the gym, and rode really hard, did a full set of pyramid intervals.

    Went great, I went to Gold's and got the whole spin room to myself. Push it hard for 40 min, and then did pyramid intervals. Ended the night bad by lindsey convincing me to go tanning and getting burned though.
