Really really windy. I got out to the highway going away from SS and had to turn back because it was forced me down to like 12mph and kicking up a ton of dust so I couldn't breathe.

I had Baxter with me so he slowed me down a little bit, especially when he decided to poop halfway through the run. Overall, good short recovery run, very hot outside and sweated a lot though

Wow, man. I wish I had the balls and the energy to ride like that. how long have you been training for it?

Thanks man, it was a lot of fun. An epic experience. I have been cycling a lot for the last 3 years so that helped me build up a good base and some good experience with what my limits where and how to ride efficiently. During the school year this last year (Oct-March) I didn't exercise much, but started cycling and running again at the end of March. Starting July 18 (right after the Ragnar) I think I started logging on my time on here, so that would be a good place to see how I trained.
