Went great, I went to Gold's and got the whole spin room to myself. Push it hard for 40 min, and then did pyramid intervals. Ended the night bad by lindsey convincing me to go tanning and getting burned though.

Started out kinda slow, I didn't have the energy to start, but wanted to get my workout in for the day. But once I got 3-5 minutes in the energy started to flow.

Felt strong on the bike, went for an hour this time, and kept my speed above 20 from the get go, even when I upped the resistance. Still reading outliers while cycling, about 140 pages into it. It is getting repetitive (the book).
