    Ran the first day of C25k, felt really good. Trying to get back into it again after giving myself shin splints on week 4 in the summer. Getting back out with new Asics and decent cold weather gear.

      Week 1 done! My shins are a little sore too...but I iced them a bit and they felt better. Looking forward to week 2!
