Heading out my legs felt really tight and my right shoe felt too tight, I stopped and retied it like 3 times on the way. When I got to the bottom of my usual 1/2 mile hill I really had to talk myself in to getting started. I felt slow and unsteady on each repeat and knew it wasn't going to be a good day... by the 8th/last repeat I was spent. I lapped my watch and hopped over the snow bank to head back to my office and my right leg would not get working again. I hobbled/limp-ran a half mile before I gave up and just walked the rest of the way back to the office. Just took some ibuprofen and will definitely be taking a rest day tomorrow. I hope it's nothing serious and just a little overuse because thinking about it, this is the first time I've ever ran 4 days in a row (Long run Saturday, Recovery Run Sunday, 7 M MLR yesterday, Hills today) with two of them being fairly hard workouts. *Fingers crossed*
