A new chapter for the Redhead & Lazy Runner adventures! Cold weather running! LR was in town from Tampa, I called up Tim C. to see if he wanted to join us, and at 7am this morning we hit the ground running! First mile was brutal wind but after that it was nothing but clear trails and rising sun! Took LR on a running tour of the MSU campus, Lansing River Trail and turned around just outside of Hawk Island. Lots of firsts on this run:
The first time LR & I have ever worn clothes on a run! (Usually we're both shirtless and in short shorts! LOL!)
Tim's first 12 miler!
The first time Tim & I have ever run together! (Maybe he'll start with me at Martian before he heads out to kill the course)
The Cleveland Crushers first appearance on a long run!
My first time ever making an entire long run without having to pee!!!!!!!!!
