      How in the world can you do that many push ups and dips with shoulder problems. I'm stuck doing knee push ups because of shoulder pain. If I keep proper form and keep my elbows in my shoulder hurts too much if I'm in regular push up position. I did find that doing incline push ups was a good modification, but that was when I was at the gym, now I'm back home and don't have a place to do incline pu.

      @George A. it was more achilles tendon really, and I fully believe it is because I did some stretching before I ran. Everytime I do pre-run warm up stretch something starts pulling, only put 2 and 2 together today. Live and learn.
