How in the world can you do that many push ups and dips with shoulder problems. I'm stuck doing knee push ups because of shoulder pain. If I keep proper form and keep my elbows in my shoulder hurts too much if I'm in regular push up position. I did find that doing incline push ups was a good modification, but that was when I was at the gym, now I'm back home and don't have a place to do incline pu.

Talking of new hair, I'm reminded of something that happened to my father-in-law when he went to the hairdresser a few years back. "You have such baby-soft hair," the hairdresser told him. "What do you do to it?"
      "Chemotherapy," he replied. #truestory
