      Great to see you on here! I took a little break from DM for a bit and tried RunKeeper to log my runs. I like DM better. :) I'd like to get back to the pool, but I seem to have a sore shoulder so I'm going to rest it for a bit. The TI thing seems pretty cool. I'm anxious to keep at it!

      yep! we do need to catch up. I was actually able to run in Fargo. finished the 10K w/out pain and w/out stopping for any breaks! I was thrilled. I'm not fast but I finished. lol

      Thanks Erin.... I am bummed... I don't think it's a full rupture... I can walk on it without much discomfort. So hopefully I can cycle son as well as swim.... that way I should be able to add back my running without starting all over again.... miss you too

    Still not running... it's been almost a week now... the calf is still sore.. but getting better. I am hoping to give it a try tomorrow afternoon... after I see the Dr. and get an ok.
