    Felt great to try and ride a bike again. Lennie got our bikes tuned up so we could ride to meet my parents for Father's Day. Been a long time, somewhat enjoyed it but my right knee is wreaked.

    First run in 426 days and it felt awesome. Methotrexate is working, down 27 pounds, just a little dull knee pain that went away after 1km. Could have done a lot more but didn't want to push it.

    Too nice to not get out and meet Lennie and his buds after hockey. Methotrexate has almost kicked in so pain free except for slight right knee issue. Excited to start training again.

    Much better than last week, ran the whole time, no knee pain. I really suck though as you need to be a sprinter and jumper. I'm chubby and slow - not going to win any medals.

    First night of ultimate frisbee. It is so hard. On a soccer field back and forth non stop. 2 forty minute halves. Tough stuff with crappy knee but will wear brace next week.
