    (Friday) Ran 3 miles in the park - nice cool weather - good run. Pace increasing - feeling easier on the muscles to run midfoot. Could feel a little in the feet. Calves were good.

      WOW. You are so awesome. I still have serious anxiety about learning to swim. My emploer offers free adult swim classes but I'm not ready yet to commit to this.
