    Humid, no sun for a change! ..first day of continual rain in about a month. Felt good to get outside instead of using the "dreadmill".

    Treadmill on a 4.0 incline at my regular speed... legs are feeling stronger. Too hot for outside at 11 a.m. :(

      It's getting less and less lately :( but when I'm able I love it :) I know the drivers are a bit scattered at times so I'm on the lookout!

      Thanks Cathy. Everyone's schedule was crazy for June it seems and now Cindy is going away to Orlando tomorrow for 8 days... so hopefully mid July we can all get together! I know I have to make that commitment. For some reason I dropped my early morning Sunday runs :( my bad!
