    10 mins stairs followed by new circuit. Cut the lunges short because left quad wasn't having it. Ok overall. Glad it's done!

      lunges and my quads never get along. Am I doing it wrong or is that just how it works??

      yeah... I think it's definitely supposed to be a challenge, but sometimes my legs just can't take it! maybe that is how it works though...

    First one at the gym this morning to get in my workout. Did 15lbs for the first set then dropped to 12.5lbs for last two. Felt pretty good. The push-ups and renegades are still tough!

    Doing this workout two days in a row is tough for me. Used lighter weight for two sets. Lots of stretching and rolling afterwards.

    Much better than Friday's workout. Did 5 mins on stairs before and after workout at an increased speed (60). Circuit went pretty well. Decreased the weight a little on the last set.
