    Got to the gym to get in three rounds of my new workout from my trainer. My legs were pretty tired from yesterday so I decreased the weight for the stepups. It was tough, but I did it!

    Interval workout from my trainer. Mix of strength & cardio went through three times. It is definitely a challenging workout, but I'm so glad I did it!
