    Physical Therapist said core work was ok so went back to CXWORX today. There was a new plank section but the second half was the same as before. Tough but I know it works.

    10 mins stairs followed by new circuit. Cut the lunges short because left quad wasn't having it. Ok overall. Glad it's done!

      lunges and my quads never get along. Am I doing it wrong or is that just how it works??

      yeah... I think it's definitely supposed to be a challenge, but sometimes my legs just can't take it! maybe that is how it works though...
