    Newest strength circuit from my trainer today. Stared with 10 mins on the stairs! Did the circuit three times plus a few TRX exercises and balance things.

    My hips are still sore from my workout the other day so went to the pool this morning. Did the 4/1 intervals. Last one was cut short because of a water fitness class.

    Warm up and cool down with stairs. Then three sets of TRX circuit. That lest set if lunges with left leg is tough.

    Started and ended workout with time on the stair master. Then did three sets of my trainers TRX Curcuit. Plank tucks were tough and left leg felt tired on third set of one leg lunges.

    TRX workout today with one leg lunges, tucks, chest press, triceps, and flys. Definitely a challenge, my legs and arms are shaky after this workout!

    Got to the gym to get in three rounds of my new workout from my trainer. My legs were pretty tired from yesterday so I decreased the weight for the stepups. It was tough, but I did it!
