    Great race! Due to chip error, time is approximate. Trail runs are new (and tough) for me, but great challenge. Definitely felt the quads!

    Hot and humid. Couldn't seem to keep the pace slow, even with tired legs. So I would run too fast, then walk a bit at the miles and drink some water. Weird run, but overall fine.

    LOVING the track workouts. 1/2 mile WU; 8 x 800m with 400 recovery; 1/2 CD. Nailed 800 paces! (4:25, 4:29, 4:30, 4:27, 4:31, 4:28,4:30,4:12)

    2 miles WU; 4 tempo; 1 CD. I did NOT want to run, but plowed through and felt better and better. Tempo miles had nice negative splits (10:17; 9:55; 9:50; 9:41)
