Last time I did the Power Circuit Training (Jackie Warner) DVD I was easily using 10 lb. weights...I could barely do these moves with 5 lb. ones!! It'll be a long climb back uphill!

Okay, I have to say I've never heard it coined any better than the "dreadmill"! That made me giggle, though maybe is in my tiredness. Nice pacing, though!
