    Once I finally got going, it went well. Bikes kind of piss me off. Why? Because they are not motorcycles! Fragile & pain in the ass.

    Dehydrated. Didn't get to drink much at all during the day.

    Steep hills. Left knee smoked today. Any going down killed. Hasn't gotten sore like this since my last 32 mile + bike day.

    Note: Bad idea to run on swollen legs after standing all day. Biking & walking for a few days I guess.

    Nice night, but darker than sh*t. Hard trying not to trip. Cold too. Hands couldn't really operate my watch. Kept it slow. Knees were cold & stiff.

    Note: Fueling with pumpkin seeds caused mild heartburn.

      Two bundles of organic celery all day, Three lemons with some wheatgrass like 45 minutes before. Basically it felt like a 24 hour fast.
