The monthly adventure run with Robb B. I didn't want to hold him back so we parted ways right from the beginning. I felt great the entire time, although the hills continue to kick my butt. I even felt great on the downhills. I'm guessing the aleve helped. Raffle after proved to be winless but I did get a free asics hat before so not bad. I'm starting to believe that despite my back I should be able to run the half in SF in a week. Next up more cycling on Saturday, one semi-long run of 8 miles on Sunday and lots of rest and stretching till the 29th. Oh and it was quite toasty out there today so I think you made a good call Tracy B. to stay home. Hope to see you next month though!!
