good Recumbent Bike to Nowhere 6 mi 00:36 10.0mph pace

Still taking it easy for my back's sake so I took to the recumbent bike once again. I read a few chapters of The Skinny Rules by Bob Harper then rocked out for the last 2 miles. Followed this up with some stretching again and now after a hot shower I'm icing the back. Feeling pretty good.
I rode 6 miles in 35:50 10.05 mph

    It's pretty straight forward but the one rule I was reading while riding was no carbs after lunch...:-( not likely to happen but some of the other ones are just common sense like no fast food, don't drink your calories, eat a real breakast and drink a large glass of water before each meal.
