My plan was to get a few miles in on the bike before meeting up with Robb B. and Vera L. who would be finishing up their 20 mile run. Well that's what it ended up being only a few miles. Back still aching a bit but since making some seat adjustments my bum feels better and less of my hands going numb. I think I will just have to get some new handlebars since my plan is more cycling than running.
