good 'Naked' Trail Run 3 mi

No watch. No GPS. No music. I probably did a smidge more than 3 miles, but not sure. I did have fun running just to run today. Last week was brutal for me and rather than skip today's run, I decided to run and go by feel. I may do this a lot more. I am weaning off my music. More peaceful running mentally.
