      I've used Pete Pfitzinger plans in the past. I'm not following one right now but I guess I still use some of the language from that plan and much of the model he had in place. I liked his plan better then anything else I've done. You can get fit and still enjoy the process...some plans leave you with nothing left for race day!

    I think first mile of tempo is inaccurate as I believe effort suggests closer to 5:50 first mile.
