Pretty good, I have not been posting my runs like I should. I got some Nike Vomero shoes that have helped my knees so much.

Thanks. I have been working out much more than what it shows on here. I play racquetball with a friend and this doesnt have a way to record racquetball.

Casey, I used to work for AT&T as a communications tech in SF and Pleasanton. Took an early buyout in 2001.

  9. RUN
great My neighborhood Provonce 3.6 mi

After running 3.6 on Monday I knew I could do it today. It started out very cold, but as you all know you sure start putting off some heat after a while and it turned out to be a perfect morning run.

  10. RUN
great My neighborhood Provonce 3.6 mi

Was feeling really good today and had a little negative energy to burn off so I ran over 5K. Did not measure it, but I am pretty sure it was close to 3.5 - 3.7 miles, so I am just going to say 3.6..

Been feeling better, but still could not push myself to run another 5k, so on monday, I am going to do it no matter what.

  12. RUN
    blah 2 mi

Not too well, was really sore and had a case of acid reflux last night.

  13. RUN
    good 3.1 mi 00:34 10:59 pace

This was my first ever 5K run. It really felt great crossing that finish line. Only difference was that there were some hills and inclines. So I was pretty tired..

    • Mary-Catherine

Congrats on your first 5K. I am hoping to complete my first this Saturday (I should probably go get registered first!)
