Pretty good, I have not been posting my runs like I should. I got some Nike Vomero shoes that have helped my knees so much.

What kind of condition are your shoes in? Sometimes when you start to experience knee pain, it could be time to change shoes. Just a thought. :)

After running 3.6 on Monday I knew I could do it today. It started out very cold, but as you all know you sure start putting off some heat after a while and it turned out to be a perfect morning run.
