      Thanks. I have been working out much more than what it shows on here. I play racquetball with a friend and this doesnt have a way to record racquetball.

    After running 3.6 on Monday I knew I could do it today. It started out very cold, but as you all know you sure start putting off some heat after a while and it turned out to be a perfect morning run.

    Was feeling really good today and had a little negative energy to burn off so I ran over 5K. Did not measure it, but I am pretty sure it was close to 3.5 - 3.7 miles, so I am just going to say 3.6..
