    Good to get out of my usual treadmill or boardwalk runs. Nice to be in the park. For outdoor running it would seem I need to be around many other runners to keep me motivated and on decent pace.

    Treadmill running is so much easier than being outside. I recognize that many disagree with this but I love me some treadmill. I can just completely zone out.

      Thanks guys. It helped that as I got off the subway, a guy who I always see at the gym also got off and I saw him walking towards the gym. It seemed to be a sign that maybe that's where I should go as well instead of home to wallow. I'm still a bit sad but not as bad as I was this afternoon. Yay for exercise.
