Why is it that the stupid bike hurts my knee? I thought I'd taken enough time off of it. Running is fine. Ugh. I kept the resistance super light. It wasn't majorly painful, just that familiar twang of 'if you keep doing this, you're not going to be happy'. So, I lightened up on the resistance even more and finished up.
