Running buddy to the rescue. I didn't feel like this was going to go well, but it did. Having a running friend is great. 3:1 run: walk. My ITB issues seem to be happy with that.

running buddies are the BEST! We've been doing the 3:1 lately (instead of 4:1) and I really like it. Glad your itb liked it, too! Nice run, Carrie!
