alright Ashuwillticook Rail Trail 3.53 mi 00:37 10:35 pace

First run in 27 days. I didn't limp my way back to the car, so that's a good sign. Maybe I'm (almost) healed! http://www.mapmyrun.com/workout/536018870

Yes, good run for a month off indeed! Just ease into the running though. You don't want to end up worse off than you already are.

Good job with that pace! Especially with having pain during the race! The really cold temps didn't help, I'm sure. There's a fun race in April-the UMASS Dash and Dine. Race and then eat in their Hampshire Dining Hall, which has really good food, especially their homemade Asian noodle soups. Very nicely organized race.

You did your best and that's what counts! Be proud of your accomplishment. There will be another run and I hope by then the pain you were having with this run won't be an issue. Take care.

Oh thanks you guys. Christine that race sounds great! Love good food afterward! I'm hoping I'll be healed up by then. Going to try to get back to my PT this week. Thanks for the kind words, Cassandra. You guys are both always so supportive! Thank you. :)

I'm sorry to see your knee got to bothering you, but if that was a speedy pace for you, it sounds like your body needed the time off. I hope things get back to normal for you soon. Nice run!
