      One of the things I love about my vibrams is that the styles are all so similar that I just have to make sure I get the right size (it's European sizing). They're definitely not for everyone - but what shoe is? :) Good luck with the Adrenalines!

      I loved my adrenaline's, then they caused some problems because they were over correcting me too much. I moved to the Saucony guide 7s with a little less stability. Might take some time getting use to them. Good luck and great run, though!

    Short, (felt slow) run to see how I was feeling after last week's pain. Definitely a lot less. Didn't want to push it, but excited to get out more this week. Feeling good again!

    Tried running today but couldn't even make it more than a few steps the pain in my leg was so bad. So I walked a mile and went home. This sucks.

    After dinner walk. Forced myself to just walk. Trying to take it easy while my leg is hurting, for fear of winding up with a stress fracture again like last year. Waiting it out.
