  5. RUN
good First run since the fall 2 mi

Ran a little over a mile. Walked a little over a mile. It was a hell of a winter, with illnesses and hospitalizations aplenty in my house. Back on zoloft, which is helping me find some focus and mo... read more

  6. walk
    alright 1 mi

Half mile warmup, then half mile cooldown

  7. RUN
alright Williams track 1.62 mi 00:15 09:26 pace

Been completely unmotivated and feeling down. Made myself go this morning, to the new track around the corner from the 3.5 year old's preschool. Felt ok, not great, but I did it.

  8. FIT
    good PiYo 01:00

    Tough stuff.

  9. RUN
good Noel Field 1.53 mi 00:14:26 09:26 pace

First run in a couple of weeks. Back in my old shoes. Felt good, no pain, just frustrated that I feel like I'm starting all over, yet again.

  10. walk
    1 mi

Did a lot of extra walking for my warmup and cool down today. Even though my run distance was so short.

  11. walk
    good 1 mi

Just some warmup and cooldown mileage from the past few days

  12. RUN
    good Adams 2.05 mi 00:20 09:46 pace

First run in my new shoes (Adrenaline 14's) not really sold, trying to figure out if it just takes getting used to, or if they're not the right shoe for me.

One of the things I love about my vibrams is that the styles are all so similar that I just have to make sure I get the right size (it's European sizing). They're definitely not for everyone - but what shoe is? :) Good luck with the Adrenalines!

I loved my adrenaline's, then they caused some problems because they were over correcting me too much. I moved to the Saucony guide 7s with a little less stability. Might take some time getting use to them. Good luck and great run, though!

Total from today. W/u and c/d, plus the car show downtown with the boys.

  15. RUN
good Rail Trail to the Farmers Market 1.63 mi 00:16 09:47 pace

Short, (felt slow) run to see how I was feeling after last week's pain. Definitely a lot less. Didn't want to push it, but excited to get out more this week. Feeling good again!

  16. walk
injured Noel Field track 1 mi

Tried running today but couldn't even make it more than a few steps the pain in my leg was so bad. So I walked a mile and went home. This sucks.

  17. walk
alright Noel Field track 2.2 mi

After dinner walk. Forced myself to just walk. Trying to take it easy while my leg is hurting, for fear of winding up with a stress fracture again like last year. Waiting it out.

  18. walk
    good 1.7 mi

Just an after dinner walk to get some movement in today. Going to try to get my long run in tomorrow instead.

  19. RUN
