alright Post-swim bike + jump rope 3.3 mi 00:10:00 03:01 pace

Bah! Didn't realize how tired I was from swimming until I was on the bike, and it was the one down in the "prison gym" (Y basement), which is ancient, makes a funny noise when you get over a certain RPM, and felt like pedaling through sand. Thoroughly kicked my butt. When I got off and tried to jump rope for a few minutes afterward, my legs were complete jelly.
