    Walked with the kid to my office to get the car that I left there yesterday. I'm amazed that she walked probably 90% of the way! We also stopped for a froyo at Menchies on the way :).

      :) I was listening to my Zombies, Run! app while I went. I didn't have my watch and had to carry my phone, so I figured I might as well play with Zombies :). It's good motivation for interval training.
