    First night back at bootcamp. It was humbling.

    It's a start. Today marks new beginnings for me. I got on the scale today and saw the reality of my lack of exercise and healthy choices for the last few months.

    Ran the first mile on the treadmill and the second mile around the track. I feel like I'm getting back in shape.

    My brother in law ran with me today. His first 5k. He did great. I felt really good!

    We were teamed up with a partner. We would row 1600m and our partner would run while we rowed. Then we switched and did the opposite.

    So pleased with this run! There were tons of people and kids at the beginning which made for a slow start, but I felt I got stronger as I ran. Motivated!
