alright Hyde Park 3.2 mi 00:35 10:56 pace

Sometimes I wish Hyde Park was as flat as the Olympic track- sad part is it practically is! Those baby hills really get me!

  2. RUN
good Hypde Park 3.06 mi 00:34 10:56 pace

Watching people run around for 90 minutes during the Olympic football match at Wembley Stadium yesterday made me feel like a bit of a slacker! Thought I better log some miles :)

  3. RUN
alright Hyde Park 3.4 mi 00:40 11:45 pace

Um- FYI wine and dinner RIGHT before running doesn't help the pace. In case you were wondering...

  4. RUN
alright Hyde Park 2.87 mi 00:32 11:08 pace

  9. RUN
    alright 2.91 mi 00:30 10:18 pace

will never cease to be amazed at how many people have never seen a squirrel before- 1 squirrel had an entire mob around it taking photographs!

  10. RUN
alright Hyde Park, UK 2.63 mi 00:35 13:18 pace

not awesome- asthma and Gertie chasing lots of squirrels for the first half- oh well :)

  11. RUN
good Hyde Park- the Serpentine and... 3.5 mi 00:40 11:25 pace

farther is good. Felt easy and light for the first 1/4th so that's progress.

I alternate between 2 mantras when running. I'm sure you'll be able to tell which I use when: 1) Smooth, soft, steady breath. 2) Cast out fear, cast out doubt. Each fit nicely into my stride, and one I use when I'm feeling easy and light. ;)
