    Glorious morning for a recovery 5 miler! I felt like I was running on pillows of air - my hr stayed nice and low. This gives me much needed confidence!!!!

      The others in our group called it Uncle Tim's Fun Run. Not sure if they just came up with that during our run, or did they call it that when they did the Advanced plan last year, but it was funny so the name now sticks. Great job getting that monster done and getting through your peak week! You have trained really well and are ready for Boston!
