    starting week 3 again....2 three minute "runs" moved up to 5.2 mile/hr on my "running"...hee hee 5AM ROCKS

    back to try to finish week 2 of the c25K program....decided i wanted to run at 5m/hr instead of 4.7 and I DID!!!....
