    The first 5-6 minutes my legs felt heavy and tired and then once I was warmed up, the run was pretty easy.

    Great run. I took it easy and didn't start out too fast. Just wanted to do a relatively slow run and enjoy it. Weather was cloudy and mild so it was a great day for a run.

    There was a break in the weather where it stopped raining so went outside for my run today. The leaves are turning orange and red and many are falling off the trees. Autumn is here!

    Run #8 - So I have fallen off the running wagon, but this morning I got back on. It is really hard to stick with this. I just want to be lazy and sleep in. But I got it done. 1:1 run/walk; 5.0/3.7.

      Team Jaded checking in! We were away on vacation last week, our last hurrah, so to speak. Both of us are officially back on the wagon tomorrow. I know Joel is planning on a run, and I'm going to walk at a minimum. Time to rededicate ourselves. Good job getting going again!

      Thanks Jenn! It's hard getting back into it, but at the same time I already am starting to feel a little better between running and trying to eat healthy.
