It was 27 degrees out, but I was ready to crawl out of my skin so I had to get out for a run. It's been about a week and a half; weather has been miserably, bitterly cold. Tried a treadmill run; treadmill works fine for walking, for me, but not so much for running. Even though we were having snow flurries, the pavement was wet and not icy so I did a loop. Ran the Couch to 5K program, Week 4 Day 1 - intervals of 3, 4, and 5 min, twice through. Felt good.
