    First exercise in ages. My knees hated me so much after the New Years Day 5K. Managed a few brief slow runs without much trouble, but mostly walked. Still good.

    Snowing out, so I decided not to drive to the gym. Did today's Random Abs, then 3 mile walk on treadmill. Took it easy today - 3.0 mph, no incline.

    Knee is behaving well, as is the new treadmill. I like the incline adjustments, and the speed and incline controls on the side handrails.

    Snow was not all that heavy, but there was a lot - about 8" worth. Path to the barn, 100 feet or so of driveway, plus what the street plows put there, plus the mailbox.

    1 hr of weight training at the gym - upper body & abs, followed by 1.6 miles on the treadmill in 21:08. Was supposed to be 2 miles, but I tweaked my knee. Ice & aspirin now.
