      OK. I have to ask....how do you end up with a bone jutting out of your right knee?!?! Hope she was able to straighten it back out. How about cycling? Want to join me for some pedaling? That's always good in the summer months. We can hit the roads or explore some of the local trails on MTBs.

      I wonder how you get something to be allowed by the Marathon Maniacs... David H. and I are talking of doing the Art Loeb trail, which is 31 miles w/ 3x6000 foot peaks, though no climbs more than 1000-1500... Ok, I'll stop hijacking this workout post now...
