    This was part two of my bike run brick and it surprised me that it was comfortable! Wasn't fast but at least it felt good.

      I mapped it out on this site - am I close to your distance? I swam the buoys and back, too. No idea on our time - 25 minutes is probably right (not 45, like I guessed). P.S. Steve's little misunderstanding cracked me up. :)

    Ran the Galloway method of 4 min running and 1 min walking. Funny that my pace wasn't that much different than when I run without stopping.

    It was great...not hard, though we didn't push it. Went with Steph and had fun talking. She made sure we got the full 20 in!

      That did not feel like 920 calories. I better not trust this Daily Mile thing to tell me how much I can eat! I'd gain weight for sure!

      So is that why I haven't lost any weight!? Okay - so why did my average say 16 and yours 15? I did ride a little extra at the end, but still... (I think we should count the better of the two averages). :)
