    Spent Tuesday morning outside at the dealership I work at cleaning off about 20 new cars from 8 inches of snow. The soreness on Wed shows me that I believe it was a workout!!!!

      This is great, just keeping walking, I found the more days in a row I walked the easier it was and more I wanted to walk or ride my bike. I just started Jan. 7 You are doing great.

      I am so glad you walked at lunch, this is great, I know how hard it is to stay the course we set for ourselfs. I am really excited for you, I remember just a few short weeks when I knew I had to excerise each day how hard it is to stay the course. My doctors gave me no choice. You go, even tonight for me was hard, I used the bike and got in 6 miles in 30 minutes. Just do a little each day.
