Well, I used to buy Asics at Décathlon, but this year I decided to go toward more minimalist wear and bought some Brooks flats online. My One Piece of Advice would be this: get a foam roller. You roll through your muscle tightness 2,3 times a week and you'll find it enormously helps your recovery. Also, work on running form. Have a good class :)
