As always on summer; I try to do swimming trainings to work on my upper body and my pulmonary capacity. It was a bit painful this training because of the long time since I hadn't swum regularly and my body had noticed it.
First of all, I swum backwards 400m/ breaststroke 200m/ crawl 400m. I need to work more....Tomorrow will be another day!! Have an awesome weekend you all my friends wherever you are!!
