Free run with no specific purposes but cover a median distance of 14-15km. At the beginning I felt a bit ache in my right knee and I was not comfortable at all, but after 2 km I began to feel better and with the muscles warmed I could push harder myself.
Today and tomorrow; I'll do core fitness workouts that are essentials to run better.
